Begin by navigating to the Screening Resume page where you can upload your candidate resumes. Our system accepts PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats. Numbers of resume that can be uploaded depends on your subscription plan. Simply click the "Upload" button, select your file then click the "Submit" button and our AI will immediately begin analyzing the content. You'll receive real-time progress updates during the screening process. For best results, ensure your resumes are clear, up-to-date, and contain relevant keywords for the positions you're targeting.

Step 2: Review Screening Results
After uploading resumes, all screening results are organized in your History table, which includes:
Title : Displays the candidate name or resume title.
Contact : Shows the candidate's contact information when available.
Match % : The AI-calculated compatibility score (0-100%) indicating how well the resume matches your job requirements.
Short Description : Key highlights of qualifications and skills identified in the resume. -
Step 3 : Manage Shortlisted Candidates
The Shortlisted page provides powerful tools for candidate management:
• Organize top candidates.
• Compare multiple candidates.
• Export profiles to share with your team.
